Seb’s P.O.V.
*1week later*
“You guys ready for tonight?”
“Yea!”
“Good…”
“You ok David?” Chuck asked, since he saw David staring at her again, the biggest crush he had ever had, at least that we, friends, knew. Her name was Avril, she never looked at him… She was pretty, what is it like? Bitchy. But David was too blind…
“Uhh? Yea I’m fine.”
“Are you sure?”
“Yea, I don’t know, I’m just going to miss her…”
“David, she doesn’t even talk to you!” I exclaimed.
“So?”
“Nothing, just forget it…”
We planned everything for the night, so David’s parents wouldn’t find out; we were going to go by separate ways, ‘till we got to the plain. It was kind of odd, but if his parents find out he would get grounded, even more…
Normal P.O.V.
*Friday night 8pm*
David, Seb, Chuck, Jeff and Pierre were waiting already at the airport; Seb and Chuck were sitting together with Seb’s parents, and Jeff was waiting with Pierre and his mother.
“Pierre darling, why aren’t you with your other friends? Chuck is over there.”
“Because David’s parents don’t have to know we’re going with him…”
“Oh, ok.”
“Your plane is up now kids, take care ok sweetie?” Pierre’s mom said hugging his son, and Pierre was glaring into space, while Jeff giggled silently.
“Yes mom… We got to go; we’re going to loose the plane…”
“Ok, take care of him, would you Jeff?”
“Of course Mrs. Bouvier.”
“Thanks, you take care too.” Pierre’s mom said hugging Jeff too and now was Pierre the one laughing. While that happened the same story with Seb’s parents. But not with David, the only one hugging him was his sister Julie.
They walked in by different ways and walked onto the other waiting room where no one else, but the people going on the flight and they got together there. They got on the plane and fooled a little, until they fell asleep.
The first one to wake up was Chuck, he remembered about the last conversation with his parents.
*flashback*
“Hey dad, where’s mom?”
“She’s not coming in 4 months.”
“You mean. She’s not going to say goodbye to me.”
“No. Oh! Can you tell any of your friends to take you to the airport; I have a really important meeting, so I can’t take you. You think you can get a ride?”
“Umm… sure dad.” Chuck had said feeling bad on the inside, he was going to leave for a long time, and his parents didn’t care... at all.
*End of Flashback*
Chuck moved on his seat to have a comfortable position and looked at Pierre who was sleeping at his side. Then he looked to the seat behind his, and saw David shifting on his seat uncomfortable, but still with his eyes closed. He tried to ignore it, but he thought he should just wake him up.
“David, David!”
“What the…!”
“You were moving all around, you looked like you were on pain, are you ok?”
“Oh, yea I’m fine…”
“Ok.”
“So, the guys told you to come. Didn’t they?”
“No… No. You know what? I’m just sick of my 'home'; you and the guys are the only ones I can trust right now… I mean, my dad and mom don’t give a shit. I’m going to be gone for a long time, and they don’t even say goodbye. It’s just not fair!”
“Believe me… life is not fair.”
“I know…”
“But hey, let’s forget about them. We’re starting again; we’ll meet new people and new friends… It’s going to be fun.”
“Well, that’s true.”
“Yea!”
“Yeah!”
“Yeah!!”
“Yeah!!”
“Hey kids shut up, we’re trying to sleep!”
“Sorry!” David screamed at the man, and awoke other people. Then they both started to laugh.
They stood awake ‘till they got to NJ, then they awoke the rest of the guys, and went onto the airport’s room to look for David’s aunt.
“David!” The guys heard a woman scream.
“Guys! Over there, is my aunt. C’mon lets go!”
They all ran over to the woman.
“Hey! David.” The young woman said hugging David.
“Hi!”
“Who are your friends? Your mom didn’t mention anything…”
“I know, I know. Please don’t tell mom, they are my friends, my real friends they came over here all the way from Montreal, just for me.” David said, happily.
“Oh! David Desrosiers, please tell me their parents know they are here.” She said looking at Chuck, Pierre, Seb and Jeff.
“Yes aunt Linda, their parents know!”
“Good! So, why you don’t want your mom to know?”
“Because she doesn’t know, if my mom or dad knew they came with me. I’m going to be dead, please! They can stay, right!?” David asked nervous, while Linda thought about it.
“Ok.”
“Yes!”
“But! You kids are going to share rooms, ok?”
“Sure.” They all said happily.
“Alright, are you hungry?”
“Yes…”
“Ok, who wants pizza?”
“ME!” They all said in unison.
After that, Linda took them to a Pizza Hut, and then they went to their new house to get everything done for Monday; their 1st day at a new school.
The house was of 2 floors and 4 rooms. David had his own room, Chuck and Seb shared a room, and Jeff and Pierre another.
*Monday morning*
“David, wake up!” David heard a knocking on the door.
“Why?”
“Is your first day of school!”
“Do I really have to…?”
“Yes.”
“Ugh! Ok I’m going.”
“Hurry up!”
“Ok.” He said and buried his head on his pillow.
“David!” David jumped out of bed and stood up.
“I’m up!”
“Hurry up!”
“Sure.” He said and walked over to the door. Then went and awoke his friends. After he told everyone he showered and went downstairs for breakfast with his aunt and friends.
“So, you kids ready for your first day of school?”
“I am.” Chuck said happily.
“I’m not I want to sleep!”
“That’s what you do at school anyway.” Chuck said.
“You’re right…” Then everyone started to laugh.
