Down We Fall
We walked to the door and knocked it. We waited a few seconds later Pat opened the door.
“Hey there guys.” He greeted us.
“Hi Pat.” Seb entered patting his shoulder.
“Hey.” I said and pulled her with me into the house.
“Hi.” She said shyly at him, I guess she still doesn’t get along with him much.
“Hello.” He said closing the door after us.
“Hey, where were you? Pierre called like an hour ago.” Who else would do that, but Chuck? When is he going to stop being like that?
“Well… Uh… I took them to David’s place, so they could get a shower and all…” Seb said closing his eyes as he waited for Chuck to explode.
“Ok… That’s why you got David’s shirt then…” What!? Chuck didn’t explode at all… yet…
“Yes…” She answered, not seeming surprised.
“Ok… Look, you guys… I…” He stopped and cleared his throat. “I know… I’ve been mad all the time, and blaming you on stuff I shouldn’t… And maybe being a little over protective.
“Chuck…” Jeff looked at him disapprovingly.
“Ok… really over protective…” He sighed. “I’m sorry guys… and girl.” He smiled at us and sat back down. Wow… “Am I forgiven?” He smiled weakly. “David…? Azelia…?” We all kept silence for a minute; I turned around to see her smiling, a smile arrived to me as soon as I saw her.
“Of course you are forgiven Chuckles.” I said happy of seeing he had asked us that… it was just unpredictable…
“What do you say girl?” He looked at her. She walked a few steps and sat beside him.
“Did I ever say I was mad at you?” She smirked. Chuck smiled like I hadn’t seen him smile a few days ago.
“Thanks.” He hugged her and she hugged back… I would like to freeze time here, right now, everyone happy… she is still here… It would be so good to stay like this….
*Kath’s apartment*
Pierre’s P.O.V.
“Hun, where can I put your backpacks?” I yelled at Kath who was in the kitchen bringing us a pair of sodas, as soon as she gets out of there…
“Just leave them at the door. Meet me at my bedroom.” Well, I’m not the only one thinking about having fun… I smirked and walked to her room.
“Where are you?” I whispered knowing she was already inside the room. Then someone, obviously her, covered my eyes from behind me with her beautiful soft hands. “Hey honey. So, did you really miss me?” I asked taking her hands off my eyes carefully and putting them together in front of me.
“Of course, you can’t even imagine how much. I couldn’t stop thinking about you…” She said sweetly.
“I missed you too; tour wasn’t that much fun without you.”
“Well… from what I’ve heard it was exciting… pure… adrenaline… wasn’t it?”
“You have no idea… of all the shit that was… seriously, looking it that way… I’m glad you didn’t come. But you’re coming tomorrow, right? I don’t think there will be any more of that again.” I asked excited at the thought of going to Spain with her.
“Of course. Off to Spain, right?” She asked with her hands on the back of my head, playing with my hair.
“A little stop at some little city at Mexico, we’re taking her home… her parents must be concerned…” I looked into her eyes; I could see the same face that she did when I told her everything that had happened while she was away.
“I can imagine… Now I’m concerned…” She moved away from me and went to sit by the bed.
“Why is that?” I sat next to her.
“Poor kids…”
“Which kids?” I asked putting my hand on her waist.
“David… and Azelia… I mean, did you see how David glared at me when I stared at her and… what you told me happened… I think… I think David is serious with her… Do you think he’ll let her go so easily?”
“Yea, I know about that… I think it will be hard for Chuck to let her go too… Practically for all of us… we really got too close to her in this little time…”
“Chuck? Why? Don’t tell me he likes her too, and that’s why he acts like that with David… and…”
“No, no. I mean, he is like that, because he feels this responsibility for her, and she is now to him like a friend he has to protect, like he used to protect you… remember?”
“Oh hell yes, I do remember. Is he like that with her?”
“Even worst, because she’s younger…”
“That must be frustrating…” She giggled, but her giggling suddenly decreased.
“Don’t worry honey; it’s going to be ok… Probably, he’ll forget her… besides she has to go home anyway…”
“Yea, you’re right…” She sighed and hugged me; I hugged her back and pulled her with me back on the bed. I hugged her like that for some minutes and I decided to start kissing her neck.
“Pierre, I’m a little tired right now, can you leave that for some other day?”
“What!? Can’t I kiss your neck without wanting that.” I defended myself.
“Yea, right. Poor you, I incriminate you too much, don’t I?”
“Yup.” I said sadly. She giggled.
“What do you say about a little sleep? Would you stay with me while I sleep?” She asked me with her sweet voice, I couldn’t say no…
“Of course Hun, sleep, I’ll be watching you. Sleep well.”
“Thanks Pierre.” She breathed out, falling asleep slowly.
“I love you.” I whispered into her ear.
“I love you too…”
