The Nobody
A Punk Rock Revolution
Joey still sits at his laptop when the wake up clock is ringing on his book shelf.
He turns the clock of and starts getting ready for school, before he walks out the door he puts on a black tie, with white spots on it.
When he comes to school everyone says:
Shit! You have a tie? That look so stupid...!
Joey gets a little upset, but not too much, he goes to his friends and the look surprised to see him wearing a tie. One of them says:
Are you going to be a clown?? I mean, it's only those who has ties with spots on them.
The day goes by very slowly and Joey gets loads of stupid and immature comments for his tie.
He just walks away from those people who says something bad about it.
Then one of his friends comes up to him and says:
Why are you wearing that ridiculous tie? You'll just get picked on!
Well, I don't care anymore!, Joey answers. I am who I am and that's something nobody can change.
When school ends Joey walks home alone, he usually goes with his friends, but not today, he feels like going alone.
As he goes, he starts to read up something in his mind, he reads quietly to himself and suddenly he says out loud:
This is the Start Of My Part.
Then he puts on some music, just to realize, he has no music except pop music on his mp3.
He gets sad, and starts to sing the lyrics to 'Minority'.
As he walks by a CDstore, he decides to go in there and check out if tehy have any more Green day CDs.
And they do! They have one called 'nimrod.' and Joey decides that he will buy it.
So, he does that and then walks home, when he gets there he puts the CD into his stereo, which is in his room, and starts listening... When he comes to the song called:
'Good Riddance Time Of Your Life)' he almost starts to cry, he don't know why, but he just thought that it was so sensetive.
So, Green Day turned out to be a really sensetive band after all.
Maybe this was the start of a Punk Rock revolution... Who knows?
